I have been a photographer for the past 15 years. I studied fine art photography at San Francisco Art Institute, My roots were in 35mm Film Photography with a focus on black and white portraiture & documentary photography.  I have been photographing families of all kinds since 2014. I felt really called to do this work after the birth of my second child, I realized after his birth how little of my own childhood had been documented & how now despite being a photographer I was not capturing my family and my own journey as a mother. I wanted to change that reality so I started to document my everyday life. After mastering the art of storytelling in my own beautiful and messy life I branched out and began to document others and fell deeply in love with capturing raw, real, intimate, pivotal & magic moments between families.
